Hey hey! I’m Angelyn “Angie”- yoga teacher, ex-flight attendant, certified movement nerd, and your personal hype girl on the mat.
Once upon a time, I was living in the skies, jet-setting across time zones as a flight attendant in the Middle East. It was glamorous…and exhausting. That’s when I found yoga…or maybe yoga found me! Either way, it became my grounding force amidst the chaos, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Fast forward to today; I’ve been teaching yoga for a decade, sharing movement magic in Dubai, Philippines, and now here in the beautiful Northern Rivers of Australia.
My mission as a yoga teacher is to create a space where every student feels welcome, supported, and empowered, regardless of experience, age, or background. I believe yoga should be both grounding and joyful, a place where you can reconnect with yourself, have fun, and feel good in your body.
My teaching style is rooted in mindful movement, clear alignment and functional anatomy. I’m passionate about helping students move safely and confidently while honoring their own unique bodies. Whether we’re flowing through a strong sequence or settling into stillness, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward balance, strength, and inner calm.
I’m certified in a bunch of styles- Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre-Post Natal, Remedial, Trauma Informed, Meditation, Breathwork and Pilates training course is coming up and on the mix.
My classes are playful, soulful and judgement-free. Expect deep breaths, cheeky playlist and the occasional giggle-snort mid-Downward Dog.
Come as you are and I’ll meet you there!
Taking Angie's yoga class is like walking into a room full of sunshine. Her energy is infectious, and no matter what kind of day I’ve had, I always leave class feeling lighter and more grounded.
There’s never a dull moment in Angie’s class! Her classes are upbeat, fun, and filled with positive energy, but what really sets her apart is her knowledge of the body. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel supported and challenged in the best way."
It was my first yoga class ever, and I didn’t know what to expect.
Angie made it feel easy, fun, and totally welcoming.
Her energy is awesome, and she explains everything so well.
I’m already looking forward to the next class."
